The 3rd Municipality includes the districts of San Carlo all'Arena and Stella.

Park:Capodimonte Hood, which can be dated back to the 18th century. It was born as Charles III of Bourbon's hauting reserve.

On Capodimonte hill there is the panoramic Parco del Poggio as well.
 
 
More park of this area are the Park in Via Nicolardi and the Parco di villa Capriccio a Lieti, where there are playground for children and areas where it is possibleto practice sports. The Parco of San Gennaro represents an example of participatory management since citizens strongly promoted its opening.
