On the occasion of the "45 ART - l'Arte a 45 giri" exhibition which will be held from 14th July to 9th September at the PAN, 45 artists selected from "Chiamata alle arti" regional gallery will have to realize a work - for painting, drawing, digital art\photography categories - inspired to covers of 45 RPM records, using a 7 inches disc as support.
The supports, in transparent vinyl, will be furnished and given by the exhibition Organization to artists during the organizational briefing which will be held on Thursday 28th June at 11.30 a.m. at the PAN conference room.
There will be also another opportunity for the 45 selected artists: painters and drawers will also have to realize an extemporary work during the vernissage of 14th July, the inauguration day of "14 ART - l'Arte a 45 giri" exhibition.
"7 pollici e...45 mani d'artista" is included in "Chiamata alle arti" ("Arts Calling") activities, according to a project born from a collaboration between the Settore Politiche Giovanili della Regione Campania e dell'Osservatorio CultureGiovanili (OCPG) del Dipartimento di Scienze della Comunicazione dell'Università di Salerno (Department of Youth Politics - Regione Campania and Observatory of Youth Cultures - University of Salerno's Department of Communication Sciences), to promote and support creativity and talents of Campanian young artists.
In collaboration with the Department of Culture of Naples Municipality.
