Vastarelli Vittorio Personal exhibition

Painter Vittorio Vastarelli, after a constrained and short break, reintroduces himself to the public with an anthological exhibition named "Una vita per l'Arte", in order to celebrate his sixty years of artistic activity.
The opening ceremony is going to take place in Castel dell'Ovo, Sale Grandi, on Saturday 5th Oct. 2013 at 05.00pm.
The exhibition, developed by the artist himself, proposes approximately one hundred works between oils, acrylic, drawings, screen printings and woodcuts, all representing every technical feature developed in many years of intense work. Overall, the exhibition leads to a fascinating journey through various pictorial experiences.All the works are divided by cycles and placed in a chronological disposition. Every cycle since 1953 is related to a certain theme: from sports to Neo-Expressionism and Anthropology. The exhibition ends with a collection of graphic works entitled "Iconography of the Sign".

The exposition will be open to the public until Sunday 20th Oct. 2013,
09:30am-13:30pm / 15:30pm-18:30pm on week-days and saturdays
10:00am-13:00pm on Sundays and public holidays
