Swing Trio featuring classical sonorities recreating the atmosphere of the "Golden Age" of jazz with a repertoire that ranges philological between the '20s and the '30s.
"The swing tree" is the English name for the rope swing that usually attaches itself to a tree branch.
The swing (which means "swinging") was born as dance music in the period preceding the jazz, Dixieland that, ragtime, of the 20/30 New Orleans and Chicago, until then you get to the big bands.
For the first time, in this 2014 edition of Luoghi della Musica tra Libri e Astri, the concert is dedicated to the European Music Festival, organized by the Alumni of San Pietro a Majella, it will take plcae at the Canottieri Club of Naples.
