Maschio Angioino F.a.t.a. festival
The artists Anna and Rosaria Corcione, with the collaboration of Giuseppe Corcione, have faced the theme "Amor sacro amor profano" for the XIV edition of May of Monuments.
The work, housed in the space where the Fata Festival takes place, one of the four great events of May, is an istallation of an angel life-size made with mixed materials that comes out from a plexiglas panel.
The installation closes with an iron base and a precious gold egg, that is the symbol of the balance in Naples. A re-examination of the Sacred and the Profane interpreted like a passion for the divine (Sacred) passion for the material (Profane); a clear symbolism that is always in the history of Naples.
