7th edition of kickboxing world championship junior category and 3rd edition of world championship second division

Naples has been chosen such as location for an event that, about numbers, has to be considered the most important of the WAKO.
The organizing abilities of Campania, and its national and international engagement have helped in making Naples deserving of this great opportunity. The preambles stimulate us to such point to be bounds to organize the event as it has never been, the location and the accomodation to the designated village guarantee us a unique welcome, the organizing staff will be involved in all the rest, Naples will be the worthy frame.

We have foreseen 11 competition areas, to allow an easy championship without arriving late in the evening to end qualifications, the aim is to allow to anyone to visit our amazing city, ending the qualifications within 15:00 o'clock.

There will be local and national televisions, which will broadcast on the satellite. It will be furnished a V.I.P. room for referees, coaches, managers and staff to allow to anyone doing, in case of need, a right break with a little lunch. It will be present a medical assistance with a staff at disposal in the village besides being, obviously, in the palace of sport.

 

Neapolitan territory represents the ideal authoritative frame to give hospitality to the Kickboxing world championship. Such sports discipline requiring athletic gestures of considerable intensity could not have a most authoritative set picking up sports values from a land in which the sports tradition has always been stood up by the exploits of worldwide value athletes.
The Sports and Cultural History of the territory will be an incentive to the athletes coming from the five continents putting them in condition to express at the best their abilities such fighters, and overall such sportsmen.
The city of Naples helping the Commune of Pozzuoli and the other Boards which have made possible this imporant agonistic engagement wishes to all the young athletes to live pleasantly this event and to reach always prestigious sports aims.
Such as Assessor to the Sport of the Commune of Naples I want to remember to all the participants to the event that a further victory will be that to success in applying and transfering in the society the contituent values of this discipline such as: the observance of the rules, the loyalty, the spirit of sacrifice, the solidarity.
