An exhibition of about 50 works which, at the Sala delle Terrazze of Castel dell'Ovo, reconstructs the career of the young artist.
Embarking an academic training, Ricciardi has developed an his own language, based on the elegance of the graphic signs and the colour; from the dark tones which predominate in the early works, to the sparkling and bright colours whit a pop trend. His bent for the experimentation has led him on an original mixture of techniques and materials. This is clear in some paintings in which the traditional oil paint has mixed with other materials such as glass, lace, bullets and metallic forms.
An artistic pursuit aimed at the deep feeling of the environment and objects, underlined by the works of the series Bit,in which the natural elements are characterized by distressing feelings of emptiness.
The exhibition will be introduced by a performance of the artist.

and on Sunday h 10.30 am - 2.30 pm
