Dance World Day 2009, 8th edition. A day to celebrate dance all over the world, spreading its universal values; even this year it will be celebrated in Naples on April 25th at the Pan.
It has been organized by the Gabriella Stazio's dance academy "Movimento Danza", which organizes, every year, an event with a lot of youthful participation, trying to make people know the many forms of dance, performance and art in general. This year Movimento Danza has its 30th birthday and so, the event Dance world day also becomes a party for its creators.
There will be many exceptional guests, such as: Vladimir Vassiliev, ballet dancer and choreographer, considered one of the best dancers of our times, who will open officially the Dance world day presenting the book "L'effimero in posa" written by the photographer Alessio Buccafusca; Rossella Brescia, one of the most loved tv personalities; Ambra Vallo, ètoile at the Royal Ballet of Birmingham and, Luciano Cannito, director of the Corps de ballet of Palermo's Teatro Massimo.
During the day dance and other art languages will be meeting between them, creating an involving game:
The Grand Slam, the game of Performing Arts.

During the exhibition, other ongoing shows at the Pan, will be stopping.
