Sergio Zavoli, writer and journalist, guest star for the last week end of the project "Tell me", belonging to Maggio dei Monumenti 2009, supported by the department of tourism of Naples City hall.

The president of Vigilance Commission Rai has accepted the invitation made by the mayor Rosa Iervolino Russo and so, he will be in Naples on 29 May at 11.30 am on the occasion of the event which is planned to follow the restoration works of Santa Maria di Gerusalemme's monastic refectory (via Pisanelli 8).

Not far from the hospital "Incurabili", in a building which dates back to '500 and recently renovated survives the fascination of the cloistered life with the Clarisse Cappuccine who live in the monumental cloister. The meeting with Sergio Zavoli is inspired to this universe made of silence and contemplation.
He's the author of the famous radio inquiry which at the end of the 50s kept the public in touch with the cloister life's world.

Before a reflection with the mayor and Sergio Zavoli, it will be proposed an extract from a documentary granted by Rai Teche.

At 10.00 am there will be the presentation of the restoration works on the monastic refectory.
Among the presents: the President of Region Campania Antonio Bassolino, the abbess of the convent Suor Rosa Lupoli, Stefano Gizzi e Nicoletta Ricciardelli, from Superintendency for the Architectonic and Environmental heritage of Naples and Province, the architect Maria Luisa Margiotta.
